Seasoned Sales Rep/ Finance Trainee

What You’ll Do

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial customer contact to final delivery
• Sell RVs while delivering a strong customer experience
• Consistently follow up on leads and maintain a high closing ratio
• Build long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
• Contribute to a results-focused team environment and help elevate overall performance

Growth Opportunity – Finance Training

• Receive hands-on training in RV financing and deal structuring
• Learn how to present financing options, warranties, and protection plans
• Develop skills that can lead to a future role in Finance (F&I)

Work Expectations

• Full-time schedule, including a 6-day work week

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience required (RV, automotive, or high-ticket sales preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a structured, performance-driven environment
