Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble food items quickly and accurately following established recipes and safety standards
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders, handle cash transactions, and manage sales efficiently
• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance their experience
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols
• Assist with food handling tasks including cooking, packaging, and ensuring proper storage of ingredients
• Support team members during peak hours by managing multiple responsibilities such as cashiering, food prep, and order assembly
• Follow all health regulations related to food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or quick service restaurants is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
• Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and effective communication abilities
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Previous experience in retail stores or grocery environments can be beneficial but not mandatory
