Second Operations Sales Specialist

Since 2018 , Smile Hair Clinic continues its operations in a 7-story, stylishly designed, high-tech clinic building in the financial district of Eastern Istanbul, where more than 150 trained personnel work. The quality and excellence of hair transplantation operations depend on intensive training procedures. We are looking for an "Second Operations Sales Specialist" to join our growing team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least an associate's degree, preferably a bachelor's degree
• Having sales team or call center experience in the Health, Hair Transplantation or Aesthetics sectors,
• Knowledge of written and spoken English (An additional language is preferred.)
• Improved communication and problem solving skills,
• Able to carry out relevant reporting processes,
• Have strong communication skills in sales and customer relations,
• Able to use written and verbal communication channels at a good level,
• Strong problem solving skills, critical thinking and questioning skills,
• Able to use MS Office programs effectively,
• Compatible with dynamic work tempo and flexible working hours,
• Giving necessary importance to corporate identity and brand image,
• Motivated to work towards goals

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Actively using written and verbal communication channels to achieve the sales targets set by the company,
• To create sales opportunities for a second operation with our customers who have received service from our institution in the past and to complete the process,
• To provide customers with information about hair transplantation services and provide correct guidance,
• Understanding customer needs and providing appropriate solutions,
• Taking the necessary steps to increase customer satisfaction
