MTS Group of Companies, headquartered in the UAE, is seeking a highly experienced Secondary Leasing / Sales Agent to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will support clients with their property requirements, conduct market research, and manage leasing and sales transactions efficiently in Dubai’s competitive real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, landlords, and tenants
• Understand client requirements and provide tailored property solutions
• Schedule and conduct property viewings
• Handle negotiations between landlords and tenants or buyers
• Stay updated on market trends, new projects, and competitor activities
• Accurately match client requirements with available properties
• Assist in leasing and selling residential and commercial properties
• Ensure all contracts, paperwork, and legal documentation are complete and compliant

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Dubai real estate experience (Residential & Commercial)
• Brokerage company experience is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of Dubai property laws, regulations, and market trends
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills
• Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Proficient in real estate software and online marketing platforms
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Bachelor’s Degree (attested, any field)
• Available to start immediately

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
