Oaklyn Realty is a growing Dubai-based real estate brokerage committed to delivering exceptional service and long-term value to our clients. As we continue to expand, we are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Secondary Market, Leasing & Rentals Specialist to join our team.

This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about Dubai real estate, enjoy building strong client relationships, and have experience in property sales, leasing, and rentals. You will work closely with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors while helping clients navigate Dubai's dynamic property market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and market secondary market property listings including apartments, villas, townhouses, and investment properties
• Handle residential and commercial sales, leasing, and rental transactions
• Assist clients with buying, selling, renting, and leasing properties across Dubai
• Generate and manage property listings for both sales and rentals
• Conduct property viewings, client meetings, and market presentations
• Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads through various channels
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, landlords, tenants, buyers, and investors
• Advise clients on market trends, property valuations, rental yields, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities
• Negotiate tenancy agreements, rental contracts, and sales offers
• Successfully close sales, leasing, and rental transactions
• Prepare and maintain accurate property listings and CRM records
• Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, community developments, rental market movements, and investment opportunities
• Consistently achieve sales, leasing, rental, and performance targets

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Dubai real estate experience in sales, leasing, rentals, or property consultancy
• Experience in the secondary market, leasing, and/or rentals sector is preferred
• Proven track record in sales, leasing, rentals, client acquisition, or deal closures
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Professional, customer-focused, and target-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with CRM systems and major property portals such as Property Finder and Bayut is a plus
• Knowledge of Dubai communities, market trends, rental regulations, and real estate processes
