The Seeds School is seeking a dynamic, passionate, and qualified Secondary History Teacher to join our Middle Section faculty at our Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Block 7 campus.
We follow a Cambridge-based framework and are looking for an educator who does more than just teach dates and facts someone who can spark critical thinking, cultivate historical inquiry, and guide students to analyze sources thoughtfully. Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Delivery: Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality, structured History lessons aligned with Cambridge Middle Section standards.
- Critical Inquiry: Foster an environment of historical analysis, helping students evaluate primary/secondary sources and understand global historical contexts.
- Assessment & Tracking: Design regular assessments, provide timely and constructive feedback, and maintain meticulous records of student progress.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, organized, and inclusive learning environment that encourages active student participation.
- Collaboration: Participate in faculty meetings, school events, and continuous professional development workshops.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in History, International Relations, or a relevant discipline.
- Experience: Proven experience teaching History to Middle or Secondary sections within a Cambridge-based school system.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Methodology: Strong classroom management skills and proficiency in using modern, student-centered teaching methodologies.
Pay: From Rs60,000.00 per month
