SECONDARY MARKET PROPERTY CONSULTANT – DUBAI

About the Role

Work from Dubai office to advise investors and buyers on resale apartments, villas, and investment-grade properties. Provide data-backed insights and CMA analysis, maximizing ROI for clients.

Core Responsibilities

Investment Advisory

· Conduct detailed Comparable Market Analysis (CMA) and property benchmarking

· Identify undervalued resale opportunities and distressed assets

· Evaluate rental yields, capital appreciation, and investment holding strategies

Deal Structuring

· Negotiate investor-focused deals

· Analyze service charges, maintenance costs, and exit strategies

· Provide clients with clear ROI breakdowns

Sales Execution

· Acquire and manage resale listings

· Conduct property viewings and market presentations

· Handle all documentation and compliance (Forms A, B, F, RERA/DLD)

Market Intelligence

· Track resale market pricing and absorption trends

· Benchmark rental and sales returns against market averages

· Identify emerging investment opportunities in Dubai and UAE

Client Types

· Individual and corporate investors

· HNWIs and first-time buyers

· Relocation clients

Performance KPIs

· Listings acquisition and conversion rate

· Deal closure value and volume

· Client satisfaction and repeat business

Requirements

· 2–5+ years UAE secondary brokerage experience

· Strong negotiation and analytical skills

· Data-driven decision-making and market insights

· RERA certification preferred

Growth Path

· Senior Resale Consultant → Investment Advisor → Team Lead → Regional Sales Manager
