Secondary Market Real Estate Agent (Commission Only)

• Source, list, and promote secondary market properties for sale and rent.
• Stay updated on current market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
• Negotiate and finalize offers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants.
• Manage listings through CRM systems and property portals (Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, etc.).
• Prepare and process documents such as Form A, Form B, and Form F in line with RERA requirements.
• Keep up-to-date with market trends and property values.
• Offer after-sales service and support to clients.
