Secondary Market Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Secondary Market Sales Team in Dubai. In this full-time, on-site role, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of agents specializing in ready and resale properties, driving sales performance, and ensuring targets are consistently met.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Dubai’s secondary real estate market, proven leadership capabilities, and a passion for results. You will play a key role in managing the sales process, developing strategies for client acquisition and retention, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and mentor the secondary sales team to achieve sales targets

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to the resale market

  • Monitor market trends, property values, and client needs to optimize performance

  • Maintain a high level of client service and satisfaction throughout the sales process

  • Conduct regular training, performance reviews, and coaching sessions

  • Coordinate with marketing and listing teams to ensure strong property visibility

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and investors




Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales, with 1–2 years in a leadership role, preferably in the secondary/resale market
-Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue
-Deep understanding of the Dubai secondary property market
-Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
-Leadership skills with experience in motivating and managing a team
Organized, proactive, and results-driven
-Ability to create and implement sales strategies tailored to the secondary market
