Secondary Mathematics Teacher

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Mathematics Teacher to join our secondary school (CBSE) in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will inspire students to develop a deep understanding of mathematical concepts, foster critical thinking skills, and create an engaging learning environment that promotes academic excellence.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver effective mathematics lessons aligned with the curriculum for secondary school students.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to engage students and enhance their learning experience.
- Assess, monitor, and evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and examinations.
- Provide individualized support and encouragement to help students overcome challenges in mathematics.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development activities to continuously improve teaching effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and address any concerns.
- Promote a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and respect.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field; teaching certification preferred.
- Proven experience teaching mathematics at the secondary school level.
- Strong knowledge of secondary school mathematics curriculum and assessment methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to create an engaging and supportive learning atmosphere.
- Commitment to professional growth and staying updated with educational best practices.
- Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to thrive in a diverse school community in Saudi Arabia.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

Salary:
SAR 3,500 to 4,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
