Secondary & Off Plan Real Estate Agent

Job Purpose

To drive sales of off-plan property units within ongoing development projects by generating leads, engaging clients, and successfully closing deals while providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Sales & Client Engagement

  • Promote and sell residential/commercial units in ongoing (under-construction) projects
  • Identify and generate new leads through calls, networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers and investors

2. Sales Process Management

  • Guide clients through the full sales cycle from inquiry to closing
  • Negotiate terms and handle objections professionally
  • Prepare and process booking forms and sales documentation
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth transaction processing
  • Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor projects, and pricing strategies

Additional Requirements

  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
  • Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours as needed

Additional Benefit:

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Secondary & Off plan: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

  • UAE Drivers license (Required)
