Job Purpose
To drive sales of off-plan property units within ongoing development projects by generating leads, engaging clients, and successfully closing deals while providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Sales & Client Engagement
- Promote and sell residential/commercial units in ongoing (under-construction) projects
- Identify and generate new leads through calls, networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers and investors
2. Sales Process Management
- Guide clients through the full sales cycle from inquiry to closing
- Negotiate terms and handle objections professionally
- Prepare and process booking forms and sales documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth transaction processing
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor projects, and pricing strategies
Additional Requirements
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
- Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours as needed

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

- Secondary & Off plan: 2 years (Required)
