Job Description: Secondary Processor/Purchasing Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Secondary Operations Coordinator to oversee and manage all secondary processes. Additionally, the role provides support to the Purchasing Department in product procurement, supplier coordination, order tracking, and inventory management.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Coordinate and schedule all secondary processes, including but not limited to heat treatment, plating, patching, and sorting.
• Serve as the primary liaison between sales, production, quality, and external service providers to ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Provide backup support for buyers during peak periods or absences.
