Secondary Property Consultant (British / German / Turkish / Russian – Preferred)

We are expanding our international sales team and are looking for motivated Secondary Property Consultants to handle resales and high-end properties including plots, villas, residential, and commercial units for overseas clients and international investors in Dubai.

This is an ideal role for professionals who are confident in closing high-value deals, managing international clients, and earning uncapped commissions in a dynamic, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle resale listings, including plots, villas, townhouses, and ready properties across Dubai.
• Prospect, source, and secure new resale listings and property owners.
• Conduct property valuations, market analysis, and pricing strategies for resale properties.
• Build strong client relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and landlords.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate market trends, communities, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage CRM entries, maintain accurate client records, and follow up on all leads.
• Collaborate closely with the sales manager and team to achieve monthly targets.
• Represent the company professionally and uphold high-quality service standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of resale/secondary market experience in Dubai real estate.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai communities, pricing trends, and resale procedures.
• Experience dealing with plots and luxury villas is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Proven track record in closing resale deals.
• Must be currently based in Dubai.
• RERA certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid UAE driving license required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing platforms.
