Real Estate Agent – Secondary (Ready) Market | Dubai

USP Real Estate is a boutique investment-focused agency based in Dubai. We are expanding our secondary market team and looking for driven agents who can build strong relationships with landlords and sellers, and provide excellent service to end-users and investors.

If you're experienced, proactive, and ready to grow your pipeline in Dubai’s ready property market—we want to hear from you.

Your Role

• Call landlords and property owners daily
• Conduct property appraisals and advise on pricing
• Write listings and take photos for major portals
• Understand client needs and find the right solutions
• Stay updated on the market and area trends
• Build lasting relationships with clients through trust and transparency

What You Need

• Experience in real estate sales (off-plan or secondary)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Motivation to build your own client base
• Professional, organized, and driven
• Collaborative attitude and energy to grow with the team
• Passion for real estate and learning the Dubai market
