? Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
  
• Advise clients on property valuations, community trends, and investment opportunities.
  
• Handle all aspects of resale transactions with professionalism and efficiency.
  
• Negotiate and close deals in compliance with RERA and company policies.
  
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold company standards.
  

? Qualifications

• Proven experience in S econdary Market sales (minimum 1 year preferred).
  
• In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s property market.
  
• RERA Certified (or ability to obtain quickly).
  
• Valid UAE Driving License (preferred).
  
• Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
  
• Must already be residing in the UAE.
  
• Immediate availability is preferred.
