Job Description: Secondary Teacher (English & Social Science)
Location: Nalasopara, Maharashtra

Position:

Secondary Teacher – English & Social Science (SS)

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach English and Social Science subjects to students of secondary classes.
• Prepare lesson plans in alignment with the school curriculum and educational standards.
• Engage students with interactive and innovative teaching methods.
• Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and projects.
• Maintain discipline and a positive classroom environment.
• Provide academic support and guidance to students.
• Conduct periodic assessments and report student progress to school management and parents.
• Participate in departmental meetings, workshops, and school events.
• Contribute to co-curricular activities and school development programs.

Qualification Required:

• Post Graduate Degree (M.Sc)
• B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) – Mandatory
• Strong command over English language and social science topics.
• Knowledge of pedagogical practices and modern teaching techniques.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in English & Social Science at the secondary level preferred.

Skills and Competencies:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire students.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring young learners.
• Technologically savvy – able to use digital teaching aids.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
