SECONDMENT OPPORTUNITY ARCHITECTS

A client of Ortak Consultants (Pvt.) Limited is hiring Secondment Opportunity Architects:

Salary: Market Competitive

Location: Pakistan, UAE & KSA

Should be able to:

* Lead design development, architectural concepts, and detailed design drawings.

* Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.

* Ensure compliance with regional codes, standards, and sustainability requirements.

* Manage production teams with a focus on quality, timelines, and efficiency.

- Contribute to design reviews, approvals, and presentations for clients and consultants.

Must have:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch), preferably a Master’s degree

- 10–20 years of progressive professional experience across healthcare, education, residential, commercial, and institutional projects.

- PCATP membership and GCC registration preferred.

- Strong leadership, communication and project coordination skills.

- Proven track record of delivering large-scale and high-profile projects.

- Proficiency in BIM/Revit and other architectural design tools.
