Job Description:
Modern Makeovers Construction is seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant/Secretary to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional manner
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and calendars
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical files
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with document preparation and basic reporting
  • Support team members with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Bilingual: English and Spanish (required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
  • Previous administrative or office experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently

Compensation:

  • 15-20 ph

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per year
