We are urgently hiring a Secretary / Admin Assistant to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.

  • 1–2 years of experience in Secretary/Admin field.
  • Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking) – mandatory.
  • Proficiency in computers and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Immediate joining availability.
  • Assist with various office tasks and documentation.
  • Manage correspondence, filing, and data entry with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Effectively prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communicate professionally with staff, clients, and management.
