About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, manage office communications, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for executives and staff
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
  • Maintain filing systems (digital and physical)
  • Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports
  • Support office operations and coordinate with other departments

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or similar role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Must have a valid QID and NOC
