Responsibilities :

• Provide secretarial and administrative support to Project Managers, Engineers, and site teams
• Prepare, format, and manage correspondence, reports, meeting minutes, and presentations Handle incoming and outgoing emails, calls, and official communications
• Maintain project documentation, drawings, and records in line with company and project procedures Coordinate meetings, appointments, and site visits
• Assist in preparing submittals, transmittals, and project-related documents Track project deadlines, submissions, and approvals Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments
• Support document control activities when required Maintain confidentiality of project and company information

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 10 years of experience as a Secretary in construction, engineering, or consultancy projects Familiarity with construction terminology, project documentation, and workflows
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines
• Experience working on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects Knowledge of document control systems (Aconex, Procore, or similar etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
