Secretary

Position: Secretary (Multilingual – French, Arabic & English)

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate must be fluent in French, Arabic, and English, with strong administrative and technical skills to support daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office communications and correspondence
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and professional documents
  • Handle filing, record keeping, and data entry
  • Support management with daily administrative and executive tasks
  • Coordinate internal and external communications

Requirements:

  • Fluent in French, Arabic, and English (spoken & written)
  • Proven experience in a secretary or administrative role preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong ability to create professional presentations and reports
  • Technology literate and comfortable using office systems, email platforms, and digital tools
  • Fast learner with ability to adapt to new software and systems
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Job Type: Contract

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
