Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and following up on monthly expenses for the head of the department – reimbursement report.
  • Taking care of reservations of restaurants, hotels, flights, car rentals etc.
  • Taking care of ad hoc bills, payments etc.
  • Obtaining AML documents and opening client files.
  • Assisting in managing, tracking and filing of lawyers’ CLPD courses.
  • Coordinating and maintaining list of department contacts.
  • Preparing and following up on payment requests.
  • Assisting fee earners in management of files and instructions.
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 1 year of UAE experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
