Key Responsibilities:

Preparing and following up on monthly expenses for the head of the department – reimbursement report.

Taking care of reservations of restaurants, hotels, flights, car rentals etc.

Taking care of ad hoc bills, payments etc.
-
Obtaining AML documents and opening client files.
-
Assisting in managing, tracking and filing of lawyers’ CLPD courses.
-
Coordinating and maintaining list of department contacts.
-
Preparing and following up on payment requests.

Assisting fee earners in management of files and instructions.
-
Perform any other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
-
Minimum 1 year of UAE experience
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Organizational skills
-
Ability to manage multiple priorities
