POSITION: Facilities Department LOCATION: 2305 Cole Street Building

SALARY: Consistent with BAEOP Compensation POSTING DATE: June 4, 2026
Schedule, Classification A

DEADLINE: June 18, 2026 or until filled
SCHEDULE: 1.0 Full-time, 40 hrs/week, 12 months

START DATE: Negotiable

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration or related field is
preferred.
  • Previous experience in a secretarial or administrative role, preferably in a school or educational setting.
  • Previous experience using School Dude, UKG, work orders and FSDirect preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with payroll and invoicing software.
  • Proficiency in the use of computers, Frontline, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and a commitment to maintaining
confidentiality for all district matters.
  • Willingness to receive training for a variety of systems and processes used in the department and in the district.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to promote the department positively to the district and community.
  • Strong understanding that the district’s top priority is the physical and mental safety of students and staff.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize long-term projects and daily responsibilities.
  • Excellent attendance record.
  • Ability to maintain accurate vehicle and office records.
  • Capacity to cope with widely varying job assignments, from basic and repetitious to complex. Flexibility and
adjustment of daily schedules are a must.
  • Accounting and finance background preferred to assist with department processing.
  • Ability to work well under pressure with accuracy and minimum supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Security: Program door and fob access for all district buildings and staff.
  • Work Order Processing: Ensure work orders are attended to quickly, work flow is consistent and timely, and

follow up occurs.

  • Payroll Processing and Reporting: Assist with accurately processing payroll for department staff, ensuring all
entries are correct and timely and reports are accurate and submitted in a timely manner.
  • Vendor Management: Maintain and update vendor files, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries
and resolving issues promptly. This could occur in person, through email or phone call.
  • General Administrative Duties: Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall efficiency and
effectiveness of the facilities and operations department.
  • Team Collaboration: Work as a team member with administration, support staff, and central office.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate office and department records.
  • School Year Preparation: Prepare back-to-school and year-end communication for each school year.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisors.
