Job Description:
We are seeking a highly professional and discreet Secretary to the CEO with a strong administrative skillset and an accounting background. This role requires exceptional organization, confidentiality, and the ability to support executive-level operations while assisting with basic financial and accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support
  • Manage the calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and confidential documents
  • Maintain accurate records and organized filing systems
  • Assist with accounting-related tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and financial documentation
  • Coordinate with finance and accounting teams as required
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or similar role
  • Background or education in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); accounting software is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication skills and professionalism

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certificate or diploma in Accounting or Finance
  • Previous experience supporting senior management or C-level executives
