Job Description:
We are seeking a highly professional and discreet Secretary to the CEO with a strong administrative skillset and an accounting background. This role requires exceptional organization, confidentiality, and the ability to support executive-level operations while assisting with basic financial and accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support
- Manage the calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Prepare reports, presentations, and confidential documents
- Maintain accurate records and organized filing systems
- Assist with accounting-related tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and financial documentation
- Coordinate with finance and accounting teams as required
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or similar role
- Background or education in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); accounting software is a plus
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills and professionalism
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certificate or diploma in Accounting or Finance
- Previous experience supporting senior management or C-level executives
