Woodish Carpentry established in 2017, specializes in the woodworking industry. our factory customizes wardrobes, TV units, dressing rooms, bedrooms, living rooms, and all types of furniture for the residential sector, we also handle fit-out and contracting work in the commercial sector. our showroom is located in Al-Ra, Kuwait.

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for Secretary and Receptionist Duties. Answer and manage incoming calls, managing front desk activates, greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support. Additionally, the role includes managing correspondence, minting records and ensuring effective communication within the office. The candidate should be able to provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to management and the and the design team, contributing to the smooth operation of daily business activates.

Qualification:

  • proficiency in phone etiquette and receptionist duties. answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and showroom inquiries.
  • manage the reception area and showroom waiting lounge to ensure a neat, welcoming environment.
  • handle client inquiries about appointments, ongoing projects, and showroom services.
  • Strong clerical skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Organizational skills and attention to details.
  • proficiency in Microsoft office suite
  • Assist management and design teams with administrative support (scheduling, document preparation, filling, etc.
  • Organize and schedule client meetings, showroom presentations, and supplier appointments.
  • prepare correspondence, quotations, invoices, and other documents.
  • maintain office supplies, manage courier/delivery/ services, and coordinate with suppliers.
  • support the HR/administration team in maintaining records and documentation.
  • coordinate logistic for exhibitions, product deliveries, or design presentations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of the team
  • Experience in a similar role
  • professional appearance with a welcoming, customer service-oriented attitude
  • strong time management, problem solving and attention to detail skills.
  • Language proficiency. English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.
