  • Provide general secretarial and administrative support to the Procurement team
  • Prepare, format, and maintain procurement-related documents, correspondence, and reports
  • Assist in preparing purchase requests, purchase orders, and tracking approvals
  • Maintain proper filing systems (both electronic and hard copy) for contracts, quotations, and supplier records
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Communicate fluently in Arabic and English with internal stakeholders, management, and external suppliers (verbal and written)
  • Support data entry and update procurement trackers and logs
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive procurement information
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Procurement Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR4,000.00 per month
