- Provide general secretarial and administrative support to the Procurement team
- Prepare, format, and maintain procurement-related documents, correspondence, and reports
- Assist in preparing purchase requests, purchase orders, and tracking approvals
- Maintain proper filing systems (both electronic and hard copy) for contracts, quotations, and supplier records
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Communicate fluently in Arabic and English with internal stakeholders, management, and external suppliers (verbal and written)
- Support data entry and update procurement trackers and logs
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive procurement information
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Procurement Manager
