Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and organized Secretary with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a contracting company. The ideal candidate will handle daily communications, including calls and emails, and ensure timely follow-ups while supporting overall office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally
- Manage incoming and outgoing emails
- Follow up on emails and pending tasks to ensure timely responses
- Maintain proper records of all correspondence
- Prepare and format documents using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Assist in preparing reports, quotations, and basic documentation
- Schedule meetings and coordinate office activities
- Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and physical)
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Secretary in a contracting or construction company
- Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written) is a must
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
