Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and organized Secretary with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a contracting company. The ideal candidate will handle daily communications, including calls and emails, and ensure timely follow-ups while supporting overall office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls professionally
  • Manage incoming and outgoing emails
  • Follow up on emails and pending tasks to ensure timely responses
  • Maintain proper records of all correspondence
  • Prepare and format documents using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Assist in preparing reports, quotations, and basic documentation
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate office activities
  • Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and physical)

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Secretary in a contracting or construction company
  • Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written) is a must
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Professional and detail-oriented
