We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Secretary & Accountant with a diverse portfolio of properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate accounts, tracking property renewals, managing service charge payments, and keeping comprehensive records. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and manage the financial accounts related to property holdings. Track lease renewals, insurance, and other important property deadlines. Process and pay service charges and other property-related expenses promptly. Organize and maintain detailed records of all financial transactions and property documents. Liaise with property managers, service providers, and tenants as needed. Provide regular financial reports and updates to the investor. Perform general secretarial duties including correspondence, scheduling, and documentation.
