Secretary cum Accountant

We are looking for a dedicated Accountant with 2-3 years of experience in accounting, particularly in the automotive or maintenance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
  • Daily bookkeeping, data entry, processing invoices.
  • Handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, managing office supplies , and mainaining administrative records
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Monitor and reconcile bank statements and financial transactions.
  • Handle payroll and employee benefit processing.
  • Maintain records of all financial transactions and prepare audits when required.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in accounting .
  • Strong proficiency in accounting software .
  • Excellent communication skills: (English proficiency required) .

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Experience:

  • Accounting: 4 years (Preferred)
