Secretary Cum Admin

We are looking for a professional and experienced Secretary Cum Admin to join our team in the UAE.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily administrative and secretarial tasks
  • Prepare and manage correspondence in both Arabic and English
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules
  • Maintain office files, records, and documentation
  • Prepare reports, letters, and official documents
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external parties
  • Ensure proper filing and document control
  • Provide general administrative support to management

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as Secretary/Admin
  • Experience in the Construction industry is mandatory
  • Must be fluent in Arabic and English
  • Must be able to read and write Arabic professionally
  • Arabic candidates are preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
