We are looking for a professional and experienced Secretary Cum Admin to join our team in the UAE.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle daily administrative and secretarial tasks
- Prepare and manage correspondence in both Arabic and English
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules
- Maintain office files, records, and documentation
- Prepare reports, letters, and official documents
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally
- Coordinate with internal departments and external parties
- Ensure proper filing and document control
- Provide general administrative support to management
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Secretary/Admin
- Experience in the Construction industry is mandatory
- Must be fluent in Arabic and English
- Must be able to read and write Arabic professionally
- Arabic candidates are preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
