Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Secretary cum Admin to support daily office operations and executive management.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of handling administrative and secretarial duties in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full secretarial support to management and executives
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and office communication
  • Maintain filing systems (physical and digital)
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics
  • Assist in HR and basic accounting/admin tasks when required
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal departments

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification
  • Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills (English required)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in UAE corporate environment is a plus
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Basic accounting or HR knowledge is an advantage
