Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Secretary cum Admin to support daily office operations and executive management.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of handling administrative and secretarial duties in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide full secretarial support to management and executives
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and office communication
- Maintain filing systems (physical and digital)
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics
- Assist in HR and basic accounting/admin tasks when required
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal departments

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification
- Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills (English required)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to maintain confidentiality

- Experience in UAE corporate environment is a plus
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Basic accounting or HR knowledge is an advantage
