QUALIFICATIONS

1. Educational Background:

3. Work Experience:

  • Relevant Experience: Prior experience in administrative support roles or similar positions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Administrative Support: Maintaining office supplies, managing schedules, and handling correspondence.
  • Communication: Answering phone calls, taking messages, and relaying information.
  • Organization: Maintaining files, organizing documents, and managing databases.
  • Meetings and Events: Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, and coordinating events.
  • Travel Arrangements: Managing travel bookings, itineraries, and logistics.
  • Document Preparation: Typing, formatting, and editing documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Support for Executives: Providing support to executives with their daily tasks and projects.
  • Confidential Information: Handling confidential information with discretion and maintaining privacy.
  • Interdepartmental Communication: Acting as a liaison between departments and external stakeholders.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Experience:
