QUALIFICATIONS
1. Educational Background:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administrative Support: Maintaining office supplies, managing schedules, and handling correspondence.
- Communication: Answering phone calls, taking messages, and relaying information.
- Organization: Maintaining files, organizing documents, and managing databases.
- Meetings and Events: Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, and coordinating events.
- Travel Arrangements: Managing travel bookings, itineraries, and logistics.
- Document Preparation: Typing, formatting, and editing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Support for Executives: Providing support to executives with their daily tasks and projects.
- Confidential Information: Handling confidential information with discretion and maintaining privacy.
- Interdepartmental Communication: Acting as a liaison between departments and external stakeholders.
