Job Overview:
We are looking for a friendly and professional Female Receptionist to join our restaurant team in Gujrat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, and ensuring excellent customer service at the front desk.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers in a warm and professional manner.
• Manage guest reservations and waiting lists.
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
• Coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth seating and service.
• Handle customer concerns and provide appropriate assistance.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
• Assist management with basic administrative tasks when required.

Requirements:

• Female candidates preferred.
• Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant reception, or customer service is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable personality with a professional attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: 1,800 AED per month
• Accommodation Allowance: 500 AED per month
• Food: Provided during working hours
• Duty Hours: 10 hours per day
