Job Titles: Security Executive
Responsibilities:
- Managing schedules for managers/engineers, coordinating appointments, and greeting visitors.
- Handling phone calls, responding to emails, and managing incoming/outgoing mail.
- Filing contracts, drawings, and official letters for each project separately.
- Organizing payment certificates (Abstracts) and contractor/vendor documents.
- Requesting quotations, comparing prices, and following up on delivery schedules.
- Preparing invoices, tracking payments, and administratively reviewing subcontractor abstracts.
- Acting as a point of contact between management and site staff.
- Preparing documents for permits, social insurance, and official authorities.
- Schedule Management and Meeting Coordination
Requirements:
- Microsoft Office
- Languages : Arabic & English (Fluent in Speaking, Reading, and Writing)
- Experience : Minimum of 3 years
- Industry : Construction & Contracting Companies
- Location : UAE
