Executive Secretary to MD / GM

Position Overview:
We are seeking a smart, professional, and well-presented Executive Secretary to provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director / General Manager. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to managing executive tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the MD/GM’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all logistics and documentation are in place.
- Maintain records, files, and databases in an organized and accessible manner.
- Assist in drafting official communications and business letters.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams on behalf of the MD/GM.
- Ensure smooth office operations and support in administrative tasks as required.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar executive secretary or administrative role.
