Secretary - Nursery School

A Nursery School Secretary provides administrative and front-desk support to ensure smooth daily operations. They handle communication with parents, maintain records, and support staff while creating a welcoming and organized environment.

Roles & Responsibilities (R&R)

  • Greet parents, visitors, and handle inquiries professionally
  • Manage calls, emails, and daily correspondence
  • Maintain student records, attendance, and files
  • Assist with admissions, registrations, and fee coordination
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and staff calendars
  • Support teachers and management with administrative tasks
  • Ensure confidentiality of student and school information

Qualifications (Abu Dhabi)

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, or a related field
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or secretary (preferably in a school or nursery)
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook)

Salary from AED 6,000 to 7,000
