Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional Secretary to support the Manager in daily operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in a construction/contracting company and preferably an engineering background to understand technical documents and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct administrative and secretarial support to the Manager.
- Prepare letters, correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Maintain proper filing of project documents, contracts, and technical records.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, appointments, and follow-ups.
- Assist in preparing technical submittals, LPOs, quotations, and tender documents.
- Handle communication with clients, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Track and update project workflows and pending tasks.
- Ensure confidentiality and smooth office coordination.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred) or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Secretary/Administrative Assistant in a contracting or construction company.
- Strong understanding of engineering/technical documents.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure.
- Immediate joiners are an advantage.
