Secretary/Administrative Assistant

Location: Dubai, UAE, Al mamzar
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

We are looking for a well-organized and proactive Secretary / Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage schedules and coordinate effectively with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain office operations and workspace coordination
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and meeting calendars
  • Remind management of important meetings and deadlines
  • Follow up with clients regarding appointments and ongoing tasks
  • Handle calls, messages, and client inquiries in a professional manner
  • Assist in daily administrative and office tasks
  • Maintain organized filing and documentation systems

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills and professional التعامل مع العملاء
  • Ability to follow up and manage multiple tasks
  • Willingness to learn and develop administrative skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience is a plus
  • Fluent in Arabic (English is an advantage)

Salary & Benefits:
