Secretary/Receptionist

Job Description:
We are looking for an organized and professional Secretary to support our team. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, handle correspondence, and ensure smooth office operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage phone calls, emails, and office correspondence
  • Schedule appointments and meetings
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
  • Maintain filing systems and office records
  • Assist management with daily administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Language:

  • Arabic (Preferred)
