Job Description: Secretary / Receptionist
Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Nationality: Saudi Nationals or current Saudi residents only

About the Role:
TGAC Saudi Arabia is seeking a professional and well-organized Secretary / Receptionist to support our expanding operations. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations in our new Dammam office and factory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations, greet visitors, and handle incoming calls and inquiries.
  • Maintain office correspondence, filing systems, and meeting schedules.
  • Support management with documentation, reports, and internal communications.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, travel, and appointments.
  • Ensure a professional and welcoming environment for clients and team members.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a receptionist, secretary, or administrative assistant.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Presentable, confident, and customer-focused personality.
  • Saudi national or resident with valid ID. (preferred)
