Secretary/Receptionist

Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Secretary/Office Assistant to join our team! The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our tree clients, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires a proactive, friendly individual with strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Assist our tree customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently and politely.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendar management for our arborists.
  • Perform administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Maintain office organization and support office management tasks as needed to enhance operational efficiency.

Skills

  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
  • Friendly, helpful demeanor and professional phone/email communication skills.
  • Experience scheduling appointments efficiently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Quick learner, able to adapt quickly to new software and computerized systems.
  • Experience in a similar secretarial/office role is preferred.
