Job Title: Secretary / Receptionist

Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and well-organized Secretary / Receptionist to manage front desk responsibilities and provide administrative support to our office operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Perform general secretarial and administrative duties
  • Schedule meetings and manage appointments
  • Maintain records, files, and office documentation
  • Assist with daily office operations and coordination
  • Support management and staff with administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience as a Secretary or Receptionist
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Email)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
