Secretary/Receptionist

Aram Building Contracting LLC is looking for a reliable and proactive Secretary to join our team immediately.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the GCC, preferably with a maintenance or contracting company
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle daily office operations efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
  • Professional in answering phone calls and handling customer inquiries
  • Trustworthy, responsible, and detail-oriented

Responsibilities:

  • Manage office administrative tasks and documentation
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams
  • Maintain records, schedules, and reports
  • Support day-to-day office operations

Working Schedule:

  • Monday to Saturday

Other Requirements:

  • Must be proactive and able to work independently
  • Available to join immediately

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
