Secretary/Receptionist

We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our Fire Fighting company in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, handle communications, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Handle emails and general inquiries efficiently.
  • Maintain the reception area in a neat and organized manner.
  • Register visitors and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate with office staff and management as needed.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling).
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
