Secretary/Receptionist

We are looking for a professional and well-organized Receptionist cum Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front-desk operations, handling client communication, and providing administrative support to management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk and greet clients professionally
  • Handling incoming calls
  • Maintain records, files, and documents
  • Prepare letters, reports, and basic correspondence
  • Assist management with secretarial tasks
  • Handle administrative and office-related tasks

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 years of UAE experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • Excellent communication skills (English required)
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure
  • Immediate joiners preferred
