Receptionist Cum Secretary - Female Arabic Nationality
Location: Dubai, UAE
We are looking for a highly organized and professional Female Arabic National (French Speaking) to join our real estate office as a Receptionist Cum Secretary. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome all visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Answer and screen incoming phone calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate person.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy and professional at all times.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings,
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the real estate team.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and packages.
- Maintain and update contact lists and databases.
- Assist Legal Team to type Contracts
Requirements:
- Only Female Arabic National.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or Secretary, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Arabic & English Typing Skill is Must
- Mandate UAE Experience at least 3-4 Years
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic, French and English.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A professional and positive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
