Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Female Secretary & Office Administrator to manage day-to-day administrative tasks and provide executive support. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office operations, maintain confidentiality, and deliver exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office operations, including filing systems, correspondence, and scheduling.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations as required.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and liaise with vendors for procurement.
- Assist in HR-related tasks such as onboarding and maintaining employee records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Support management with administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in office administration or secretarial roles.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication tools.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry is an advantage.
- Knowledge of basic accounting and HR processes is a plus.
