Section Executive - Grocery

Location:

Lahore.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2–4 years of experience in grocery/retail store operations
• Strong knowledge of FMCG products and inventory handling
• Good communication and team management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

Responsibilities:

• Oversee stock management including receiving, shelf replenishment, and inventory control
• Ensure proper merchandising, planogram compliance, and product display standards
• Monitor expiry dates, product quality, and hygiene standards
• Coordinate with warehouse and suppliers for timely stock availability
• Achieve sales targets and minimize wastage/shrinkage
• Supervise and guide floor staff to maintain service excellence
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints effectively.
