Section Executive - Non Food

Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelors with 3 to 4 years of experience in Non Food categories such as DIY, Electronics & Multimedia and House Hold.

Responsibilities:
-Improves sales by planning, recommending and implementing sales strategies.

-Ensures customers satisfaction by building rapport and attending to their queries, complaints, and suggestions.

-Keeps abreast with competitor’s prices, product launches and promotional activities.

-Monitor achievement vs targets; work out an action plans and its execution.

-Constant communication with the customers on promotional activities.

-Utilizing all other tools e.g. Sales Dashboards/ Reports BI in order to meet the department sales target.

-Utilizing all other tools e.g. Sales Dashboards/ Reports BI in order to meet the department sales target.

-Treat and greet customers at selling floor.

-Specialized Product Knowledge of Non-Food product line.
